1. What types of baby clothes does Minitaq offer?

Minitaq specializes in premium baby and kids clothes (Newborn baby, toddlers, children upto age of 5 or more). We offer a wide range of stylish and comfortable outfits for both boys and girls, including gift box sets, shoes and trendy onesies, rompers, 2-3pc sets with unique trendy designs.

2. What is Minitaq's return and refund policy?

Minitaq has a return and refund policy in place. You can find detailed information about our policy here.

3. How long does it take to cancel an order?

If you wish to cancel an order, please contact our team before 4pm (Pakistan Standard Time) on the day of your order. We will cancel the order immediately.

4. What are the conditions for returns and exchanges?

In order for the goods to be eligible for a return or exchange, please make sure that:

  • The goods were purchased within the last 7 days (for size exchange) or within 24 hours (for design change or manufacturing defect).
  • The goods are in their original packaging, unused, and unwashed.
  • The goods were not personalized or customized.
  • In case of unavailable exchange, the items can be changed with other items on store, however, the value of new items should be equal or more than previous items that were exchanged.
  • No refund is provided on exchange or change of articles.

5. How do I return or exchange goods?

To return or exchange goods, please contact our team for guidance on which warehouse to return the items to. Please note that you are responsible for the cost and risk of returning or exchanging the goods.

6. Can I return or exchange sale items or grouped items?

No, unfortunately, sale items and grouped items cannot be returned or exchanged.

7. How long does it take to receive a refund or exchange?

We will reimburse you within 72 hours from the day we receive the returned goods. Refunds will be made via bank transfer.

8. What if the goods are damaged or lost during return shipment?

We recommend using an insured and trackable mail service for return shipments. We cannot be held responsible for goods damaged or lost during return shipment.
